Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once we review your request, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.


Refunds (if applicable)

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Failure to retrieve delivered packages in a timely manner
