Instructions

  1. Add liquids first
    Pour your coconut water into the blender.

  2. Add fruits and extras
    Add the banana, mango, berries, spinach (if using), and any other optional ingredients.

  3. Scoop in the sea moss gel
    Place two tablespoons of sea moss gel right on top.

  4. Blend until creamy
